The following duties are considered essential to the job:
Working closely with leaders determine staffing needs to provide quality care for our residents
Ability to travel to and support multiple locations - this position specifically would lead HR functions at our Michigan locations
Develop recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of candidates for all positions
Ensure that our employees are qualified to fulfill their roles
Ensure that employees embrace our culture of care, compassion, and dignity
Manage risk of employee relations concerns issues within assigned properties
Follow federal, state and local laws
Confidentially handle employee concerns and issues
Ensure that documentation is factual and accurate
Benefit administration
Assisting the HR Team at all facilities
